District Board Meeting Minutes - Most Recent & Archives

Monthly board meetings are normally scheduled for the 2nd Friday of each month. Meetings begin at 6:00 P.M., unless otherwise posted.

All Board meetings are held at the Hilt Community Church in Hilt. (The Hilt Volunteer Fire Company holds separate Board meetings at the same location and on the same dates starting at 5:15 p.m.)

All Board meetings are open to the public, and all community members are encouraged to attend.

Our hard-copy archives go back to the first neighborhood meetings in 1981, following the Colestin Fire in August of that year, which prompted the formation of the Fire District in 1982.
