Monthly board meetings are normally scheduled for the 2nd Friday of each month. Meetings begin at 6:00 P.M., unless otherwise posted.

All Board meetings are held at the Hilt Community Church in Hilt. (The Hilt Volunteer Fire Company holds separate Board meetings at the same location and on the same dates starting at 5:15 p.m.)

All Board meetings are open to the public, and all community members are encouraged to attend.

The Agenda for each meeting is posted here prior to the meeting date.

Next Board Meeting: Friday, August 13th, 2010, at 6:00 PM (regular time) at the Hilt Community Church. The AGENDA for the meeting will be posted here beforehand.

Our hard-copy archives go back to the first neighborhood meetings in 1981, following the Colestin Fire in August of that year, which prompted the formation of the Fire District in 1982.

As time permits, we will add more previous minutes to these online archives.
