District Board Meeting Minutes

Board Meetings:
Monthly board meetings are normally scheduled for the 2nd Friday
of each month. Meetings begin at 6:00 P.M., unless otherwise posted.
All Board meetings are held at the Hilt Community Church in Hilt.
(The Hilt Volunteer Fire Company holds separate Board meetings at
the same location and on the same dates starting at 5:15 p.m.)
All Board meetings are open to the public, and all community members
are encouraged to attend.
The Agenda for each meeting is posted here prior
to the meeting date.
Board Members, their Board positions, and any
specific titles, are listed on our Fire
District Personnel page.

Our hard-copy archives go back to the first neighborhood meetings
in 1981, following the Colestin Fire in August of that year, which
prompted the formation of the Fire District in 1983.
As time permits, we will add more previous minutes to these online
archives.
